We therefore recommend that you do not make any travel arrangements or book accommodation until your booking has been confirmed. For attendance at some premium meetings a supplment may be required.
The Weather
It's important that you are aware that race meetings can be affected by bad weather conditions, if this is the case, your meeting will be re-arranged or your voucher will be reimbursed.
