Because you can view availability and venue details in your own time, there is no rush to make a decision immediately. If the activity you pick costs more than £500, you just cover the extra amount when you check out, while any remaining balance stays on your account for next time.
When you settle on an experience, you enter your voucher code online to confirm the booking. You will then get all the key details sent over, including where you need to go, arrival times, and any rules you need to follow.
On the day of your booking, you head over to your chosen location and register with the venue staff. From there, you follow their standard setup for the activity, whether that involves a quick safety talk before a driving session or checking in for an overnight hotel stay.
